Good morning, Sleeping Beauty! This reincarnation of Mika and Yuu features a lot of childlike wonder. When he isn't talking to the "pretty girl" Mika, clone Yuu likes playing with his toy snake and listening to fairy tales. Today's date night prompt, Game Night, perfectly reflects this joy and hungering for fun.

Medieval AU – Festival
Ever thought about the many lives Mika and Yuu lived that we haven't seen so far? Channel those ideas into a Medieval AU! Prince/Knight stories are a timeless classic. If that doesn't tickle your fancy, send our favorite gays to a festival where they can have a blast eating junk food and playing carnival games!
WED // Day 4
Star-Crossed AU – Walk in Nature
Romeo and Juliet? Human and mermaid? CEOs of rival companies? If you are nodding along to the above, it's time to bust out your favorite Star-Crossed Lovers AU for this day of MikaYuu Week! But if you're furiously shaking your head no, this is a good time to depict Mika and Yuu having a date in nature... maybe a picnic, or a flower garden!

Modern AU – Museum Visit
Were Mika and Yuu ever reincarnated as ordinary, un-traumatized people? Can they even be our boys without trauma? Jokes aside, today's reincarnation prompt revolves around AUs set in a modern universe. If you're still longing for a trip down memory lane, maybe a date to the local art or history museum is in order...?

The Present – Wine & Dine
After so many reincarnated versions, we have finally reached The Present: the Mika and Yuu that currently exist in canon! You might choose to re-imagine a recent scene in the manga. And hey, even in a post-apocalyptic world, I'm sure there must be some wine lying around somewhere! Unless, of course, the "wine" is from a certain someone's neck...

The Future – Coffee Date
It's finally time to think about The Future... does the reincarnation cycle get broken? Do Mika and Yuu get to raise an orphanage together like they hoped? Or do they keep getting reborn, maybe in a sci-fi setting? That aside, today's date night prompt is a tried and true classic: Coffee Date! Will it ever get easier to ask the cute guy you like if he wants to grab a cup sometime?!

This is the official Carrd for MikaYuu Week 2023! Isn’t it exciting?HECK YEAH! I LOVE…WEEKS! WHAT EXACTLY IS IT…?It’s an eight-day event running from Sunday, October 8th to Sunday, October 15th. There are two prompts for each day that you can base your creation(s) on. You can make something for one day or every day or somewhere in between! Whatever your heart desires.Prompts!! How do they work?There are two different prompts for each day—one is for a Reincarnation AU, and the other is a Date Night idea. You can make something based off one of the prompts, mix and match them, combine them, or even do multiple prompts per day (!).Sounds neat, but do I have to sign up for this?Nope! All you need to do is post your work on the corresponding day and put “mikayuuweek” and/or “mikayuuweek2023” so we can find and reblog/retweet. For entries posted to Tumblr, make sure to include them in the first five tags!Okay, simple enough. What kind of stuff can I make?Everything under the sun, really! Art, fanfiction, fanvids, edits, cosplay—whatever you can think of! There are no length restrictions or requirements or anything like that; anything you want to create is cool with us. If it’s MikaYuu, it’s welcome (that means all dynamics—MikaYuu, YuuMika, and YuuMikaYuu are all great! Platonic and queerplatonic as well!).Even…the sexy stuff?Yup!
